Getting started is easy! Simply complete the online appraisal request form and one of our staff members will contact you to discuss your assignment. We will need some basic information about your property, appraisal purpose & a good date to setup an appointment.

There are many instances when you just need to know the value of a property and that is why we have developed the “General Value” appraisals. The reports are easy to read and do not require any real estate education to understand. These are FULL appraisals, performed exactly the same way an appraisal for a mortgage would be, but they are less “bloated” because we’ve removed the non-essential information and government required forms. This makes the report concise, easy to understand, and less expensive for our customers! With so many different reasons for needing a real estate appraisal, the private use appraisal was developed to serve the needs of any non-lending client with a single, easy to understand report. These types of appraisals are generally for private use and as such, need to be easy to understand while still conveying all the important information you’d expect to find in a thorough real estate appraisal. These appraisals are performed just like a mortgage appraisal, to the same standards and are just as accurate; the only difference is the format we use to convey the information. They are full appraisals that include a site visit of the subject property, photos, comparable analysis, market analysis and an explanation of the appraiser’s method for concluding a final value. What Information Will You Find in a Private Use Report? A physical visit to the property where we measure, take images and make notes A full color PDF report, provided through email, made up of : An outline of the home and it’s features, improvements, maintenance level, etc. A breakdown of the subdivision, sales trends and stats An intensive study of similar real estate in the subdivision Outside and inside images of the subject premises Colored images of all comparable properties Location along with flood maps displaying the subject and comparables A total area sketch of the subject property A statement of value signed and dated by the performing appraiser The final product is a thorough, user-friendly report that anyone can use to understand a value determination for a piece of real estate.
